Shipping Dates.
Your shipping and delivery dates are based on product availability and the shipping level you choose. Look for estimates of shipping dates on the cart page directly under the product link.
Shipping Cost.
To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in your cart. From the cart, you can see the estimated shipping cost for the entire order. During the checkout process, you can view the shipping cost per item, and even switch shipping options. If your order is over $49, you will receive free USPS shipping. This will be reflected in your cart.
Shipping Methods.
There are 3 basic levels of service for shipping your orders from HiddenDragonImports.com. You may choose from Ground, Second-Day or Next-Day shipping during the checkout process. Some of our larger items can be shipped via ground shipping only. Other restrictions may apply, based on the order destination. Some heavy or oversized items may require Special Delivery.
Return/Exchange Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse to get your product to a shipper to return back to us. We are not very strict with our refund/exchange policy because the most important thing for us is that you are happy with your purchase.
We have not yet ever had a return or exchange on any of our products. Our pictures on our website are never as good as the actual product, so our customers are always very happy. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may exchange it for a product of equal or less value or return it for a full refund (minus shipping). We only ask that if you return or exchange an item, it remains in the same condition that you received it in.
